Making sense of vegetables

At Freshflow, we help supermarkets place perfect orders for fresh produce. The raw data we have to deal with is about fruits and vegetables that were ordered, delivered and sold, naturally in very messy format.

Using LLMs proved to be an irreplaceable tool to make sense of these real world inputs, from product names abbreviated beyond recognition to poorly formatted pdfs, unlocking the insights needed to reduce food waste in supermarkets.
