AI Homebrew Hack-Night — Call for Demos

This is a technical show-and-tell for builders, by builders.
We want to see your messy experiments, creative hacks, and “aha!” moments running live, not a polished sales pitch.
Your demo must answer:

“How did you build this interesting thing?”  
(Not “Why should someone buy it?”)  

What to bring

Code walk-through —  trace the critical functions, show the weird bug you squashed.  
  
Architecture / tooling rundown — libraries, models, infra, and any clever work-arounds.  
  
Live demo or screen-share — real logs, real inputs, real outputs.  
  
5–7 minutes max — keep it tight so we can fit lots of hacks.  

Strict “No-go” zone

❌ Slides or decks  
  
❌ Market sizing, business model, TAM/SAM/SOM  
  
❌ Pitch-talk (“synergy”, “go-to-market”, etc.)  

Think Homebrew Computer Club for AI: we’re here to geek out over technical implementation—nothing else. If you leave the room without opening a terminal, you did it wrong.
